When You Can't Get it All Done…

Here's is today's Sales Thought for the Week…

 

Getting everything done right now during this busy time of year may seem like an impossible task. Change is constant in sales, so don't try to get everything done.You'll accomplish more by keeping a short list of priorities (I find 1-3 is best for me), and get into flow by working on only one thing at a time for as a large a block of time as you can.

P.S. When you manage by priorities, fewer small things get done, but you achieve more. One of your big priorities right now should be to improve your selling skills. Isn't it time you made this a priority now?
