Yes, real estate, equities, and many other investments have crashed in value.

He’s a mortgage broker you see. And as you might imagine, business is down overall in his industry.

Here’s his email to me (name withheld as I am feeling charitable)…

I would like to order your sales CD’s. I’m in commercial real estate loan sales and my industry has seen a dramatic drop in business over the last 12 months. I would like to ask if you could drop your price down.

Guess what? The answer is No.

I won’t be meeting this guy’s demand.

And I recommend the same for you.

** Don’t Lower Your Prices **

Don’t do it. It’s suicide. No matter how low you go, it’s never low enough. Somebody will always want you to go lower.

Abundance thinking is that there is always opportunity out there. It may require some different thinking to find it in a changing economy like we have right now.

But it’s out there.

You can get rich too while others are losing their jobs if you just set your mind to it.
